Abstract:

The Center for Legal Education and Social Theory (CLEST) conducted a study on the judicial and prosecutorial training in Poland in the period from January to June 2018. The survey was completed by a total of 186 respondents, which constituted 13.3% of the total of the trainees of the National School of the Judiciary and Public Prosecution – the institution that educates future judges and public prosecutors. The survey aimed at showing the characteristics of the training, determining the financial standing of the trainees and finding if there is a correlation between the first two factors and the general assessment of education. The results were compared to the studies on other trainings (bar training for advocates and legal counsels) and legal academic education … (introduction).
