(1884-1960), inżynier budownictwa, urbanista, wrocławski radca budowlany (1926-1929). W półpostaci, l.profil, czytający książkę otwartą przed nim na blacie stołu. Tło neutralne - tkanina lub tapeta. Fotograficzna karta pocztowa, odbitka żelatynowo-srebrowa (13,5x8,8), na odwrocie okrągła pieczęć, w otoku: Marie Müller / Breslau, w środku: Phot. / Atelier. Obok odręcznie: Stadtbaurat / Dr Althoff. Poniżej otworu passe-partout w kartuszu ozdobnej ramki odręcznie: Dr. Hugo Althoff / Stadtbaurat eingeführt 28.10.1926 – 31.3.1929 / ⁕ 18.6.1884 Ostbevern Kreis Warendorf.
