Poniżej owalu, tablica z inskrypcją: „DANIEL GOTTLOB BURG/ Senior und Archidiaconus bey der Hauptund=/ Pfarr Kirche zu St Elisabeth in Breslau./ gebohren den 11 ten September 1724 gestorben den 11 ten May 1795”. Poniżej dolnej krawędzi ryciny, z lewej strony: „J.G.Geisler pinx.”, z prawej: „D.Bergér sc. 1796”. Autorem pierwowzoru był Geisler, J.G. (czynny ok. 1780 - 1800 we Wrocławiu), malarz wrocławski. <p></p>Wymiary: karty: 18,7 x 12,4; ryciny: 15,3 x 9,3; owalu: 10,1 x 8,5 cm.<p></p>Rycinę opracowała: Marta Chociej<p></p>10.07.2006
